Zero stars should be an option. I have never been anywhere that sets a timer for a pedicure. When she set her timer I set my stopwatch. 21 mins for a $37 pedicure. I wonder how quick the $30 basic pedi is? I would have maybe understood if there were people waiting. I should have read the reviews before I went. Don’t waste your money… there are so many other places and I have never had a bad experience anywhere else.

If zero stars was an option.... My goodness. Where do I begin? I actually cannot believe how badly I was treated. I came in on a Tuesday morning. I figured if I were the only customer, that I would get treated with respect. I was incorrect. The woman went as fast as she could....
Like there was a line a round the building and she was the only nail tech. It was crazy. She was so rough. She didn'tnt even let me put my feet in the water, let alone soak them. I requested a signature pedicure for $37 and she was adamant that I get the deluxe for $47 instead. I agreed. Still, she rushed and was so rough. I requested a mani/pedi. She didn'tnt even file my nails. She just buffed them. Also, no clear polish that I requested. She was so rough with my feet that my toes are sore. I mean red, swollen, and SORE. The polish looks like a ten year old painted it on. Some nails were barely painted. Others had polish all over the skin. When I left, my heels were dry and cracked still. Just unbelievable.
And she charged me $70. I had already had a bad first experience here, and decided to give it another chance. Boy, was I wrong. I hope to find another salon that treats me with respect. Thank you.

Got a pedicure the other day, service was terrible. Waited in the chairs for 15 minutes before getting the water turned on, which was cold. After adjusting the temperature slightly, another 15 minutes before the lady even came over and worked on me. Sped through the service, didn't cut or file my nails, just got straight to painting! Only did one coat of polish, no top coat, nail polish was left on my skin around the nails and had to go home and fix it. A serious lack of professionalism here, and no pride in the work they execute. I gave this place many chances, they fail each time. I only come when it's on someone else's dime, cuz they would never get a drop of my personal money.

Definitely not coming back here. My tech was so rude. When she went to trim the length of my acrylics i asked her to take my nails a bit shorter. She looks up at me and glares & says "i know." Then when i asked her to smooth a nail down because there was a very noticeable bump in the acrylic, she goes "i know, i know, you wait till the end." Then proceeded to put polish on it and never fixed the nail i was talking about. The whole service felt rushed like she had a line of customers. Sike there were 2 other people in the salon with 2 other techs. Yikes

I took my boyfriend’s mom here to get her nails done. She wanted pink nails with candy canes on them. The nail tech told her that no she will not do pink because she’s the nail tech and she knows what looks best and she’s will be doing white. DO NOT GO HERE.

Chic Nails is a very nice nail salon and very clean.My nail tech is Kim and she has been doing my nails for years.Kim is very efficient and cares very much about her work and how your nails look. I would highly recommend her to anyone

Went there a few days ago for the first time. first off they opened 10 mins late which I was okay with because we all have those days but then when the lady rooms me back she rushed through my service so fast that from start to finish it was 21 mins. Now if they were decent looking and of good quality I would be ok with the quickness but they are awful. The acrylic isn’t even .. and doesn’t cover my whole nail. There are bubbles under it. Just awful.

Great experience. I went for a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure. I had called in advance to inquire about whether they autoclaved their instruments and they definitely do! This was super important to me, since I am a cancer survivor and while I was going through my chemotherapy treatments I would regularly get pedicures, but I ended up with a terrible nail fungus. I have discovered many salons do not sterilize their instruments properly. I will definitely be returning there. Thank you Chic Nails!

Horrible experience! Overpriced for what I received. Nail tech was rough and pushed extras on me. Will definitely never use this salon ever again. Save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Pedicure

Update. She told me call to resolve the issue and she just argued with me about the services. Very rude owner. No idea what theThey are doing. This place was terrible. Showed pictures of what I wanted, was told yes. Then while trying to get a star on my toe was told it was too difficult, so tried several other designs then I said just don't do any design. Then told her I wanted dip nails, she said yes she could do it then tried to talk my into something else and I said no. So she did dip and tell polish because she couldn't do what I wanted them charged me more for doing it. Ridiculous and was not very friendly. I had to come home and file my own nails and trim the skin away as they did not do it. Would never recommend this place. I feel like I just paid a lot of money to have to come home and fix them.
