Very poor customer service, I’ve been asked the 2 times I went here what I’m going to be doing with MY money that I’m pulling out of my account. I ordered some boxes of change from them and I tried to re order the next week and they told me that they couldn’t do that for me, that I was ordering too much. I ordered one time! they told me one thing then now all the sudden I can’t do that anymore. Don’t use this bank let a bank use your money that actually cares about the customers.

Beware of deposits. They flat lied to me. I made a deposit of two checks. One was put on hold for 10 days. I didn’t know in today’s world anyone did that long, but at least they told me.The second check was put in my account the next day as available. Then two days later I was surprised to learn my debit card wasn’t working. Turns out they “restricted” my account while they “verify” the checks. They explained the deposit wasn’t on hold, but the account was restricted until they could verify. Not sure what the difference is, and at the end of the day, it was even worse than on hold.A deposit hold is frustrating, but if you make one available, don’t change your mind two days later…. Without even a courtesy call to so you know they changed their mind…. Even though it still shows the money is available.I waited to make any payments until the deposit was made available. It still shows as available, but they tell me they will deny any checks or charges. SERIOUSLY? Who releases a check, and then changes their mind?It shouldn’t be a mistake to trust your bank, but now I get to explain to an employee why their expense check will bounce, and the phone company why that payment will be declined. Being “restricted” also means I can’t just deposit cash if needed to cover things. How convenient for Chase…. They will let me put money in their bank, show available funds, and just want to hold ANY money for over a week.

Excellent banking experience at this location. It has the feel of a hometown local bank because everyone is very nice and quick to help. The best part is that they offer all the quality services of a nationwide bank and at the best rates. We tried taking our business banking to 3 other banks in the area and were extremely disapointed in the quality of service and lack of options those banks provided. I wish we had started at the Chase in Blue Springs first.

If you are looking to bank at Chase Bank, please reconsider. According to this letter sent to me they can close your account for any reason or no reason and without prior notice. My accounts were in good standing as you can see they didn’t report me to Early Warning Systems. When I inquired as to the reason they provided no explanation at all.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Daniel A. I love that they offer 3 ATMs at the branch plus other places. I'm glad they have opened in Blue Springs with more branches to come.
