Since joining Central Bank, Andrea (banker) at the N. Blue Springs location (1505 NW HWY 7) has been nothing short of pure class. She's provided exceptional customer service, and been easy to work with. If you're in the market for a new bank and or banker, I would definitely start with her first.

I called Central Bank with some questions about my account. I spoke with Andrea and she was able to reset my password and answer all my questions about online banking. Andrea was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service !
