In store was great delivery was early and then he left it outside when I did not have scheduled help until the time promised for delivery. They also did not wrap the couch it was in the bed of a regular pickup truck tied down with straps but nothing to protect the couch. Then I found damage on the couch and it’s been crickets since. Do not buy from this place very unprofessional.

Went to check out sectionals all over town, so happy we found this store! We had an excellent customer service experience while shopping with kids in tow. The store carried a wide variety couches , recliners and sectionals. We had a great experience shopping for our new home. Pricing was very affordable, good product selection and warranty. These guys are great. Fair prices, good quality, timely delivery. We love our new furniture, even though we haven't gotten it all set up where we want to, but it is super comfy and looks great, just see for yourself. If you go out there, tell the Dave from Independence sent you, I know they will take great care of you!

These guys in Blue Springs, Mo are great to work with, no pressure, answered all our questions, we showed at closing time and they welcomed us with a smile, we bought a sectional and they were happy to load up in our truck...Furniture is top quality...we love what we purchased Thank you !!!!!
