I didn’t find Jaime until after I found out I had breast cancer. It was during my twins senior year and I was fighting parental alienation. I had two surgeries on my right breast back to back. I was working full time.
I needed my car to be repaired by someone who I could trust not to rip me off.
A friend suggested Jaime.
I will never forget how I watched her inspect every car that leaves her shop. I watched Jaime treat everyone in her shop with respect and integrity.
I took a transfer with my company and I was moving to Oregon. Jaime suggested I get my tire sensor lightd replaced. She did two at a time and broke it up for me. I get to Oregon and they don’t clean there roads. I was so happy to get them replaced.
I moved 2,009 miles and my car had zero issues. Jaime even wrote down for my new mechanic everything she was watching on my car. They were shocked. I was not.
I was recently in town. I gave Jaime a Lady Yota car social club shirt. But truthfully, what I got at Blue Springs Auto was priceless. A woman that stepped up and helped me out during the lowest time of my life.
And did not overcharge me.
Jaime asked me about Lady Yota. I have attached some photos. We were in a parade and we got first place. People told us while we were in the parade. My job likes to tell me that’s the club for the tough woman.

I highly recommend Blue Springs Auto Service if you need your car worked on!
While driving early this morning, I had, what I am pretty sure was a rock, get stuck in my tire area and caused loud screeching. Right after they opened, I gave them a call and they were able to fit my car in to be inspected to ensure there was no damage left behind! They also let me know the condition of my brakes and rotors which was nice to know. Very friendly service!
I will be returning to them to get more work done!

Genuinely unpleasant people, they yelled at my mom over the phone because she was trying to ask a few questions, they are far more pleasant in person and they have a cute dog.

I found myself in somewhat of a vulnerable spot when I went next door to the glass company to turn in my trailer that I had rented only to find out my car had a flat, this place was next door I took it to Jamie and she and Miss Margaret and even her technician greeted me with open arms not mentioning any bogus repairs because, again, I was in a very vulnerable spot and they certainly could have.
This team of professionals took care of all three of my problems addressed that I had a headlight issue though that was kind of critical and was not expensive at all, very reasonably priced all with the willingness to assist in a timely fashion. I'm very thankful for this company and they've got a customer for as long as I live in Missouri thanks again!

Well done and thank you. My wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee was having AC issues. I expected it to be a small fortune. Surprise! They found the problem, and a few other things that had been missed. It was not a fortune, but very reasonable. So, yes, I'm taking my Mustang for an inspection and an extra job, and we will be back for all our maintenance. These folks are like the Mechanics and Automotive folks I used to work with, honest and reliable. Thank you all for renewing my trust in folks. These are the best. Blessings!

10 out of 10 definitely recommend, Customer service is the best I’ve ever seen in an auto shop. I felt welcomed the price was fair and I feel they took amazing care of my truck.

Went in and spoke with the owner. She saved me hundreds, listened too me and again saved me hundreds. As a single parent with 1 car in today's economy, can't be grateful enough. 10/10 Best place in town

I used Blue, Springs Auto Service multiple times. I usually had great luck. However, when the mechanic messed up my vehicle, the owner got very defensive, and would not listen to my complaints. I will not take my vehicle here again, and would suggest the same to anybody else
