I visited this place in an attempt to sell two Dooney \u0026Bourke purses. The sales person acted like I was suspect or something. She excused herself to the back room and when she returned, she asked me to give her a moment to look them over. When she called for me to come back, she offered me $20 for both, and said “the bags were outdated “! No joke, that’s what I though consignment stores were all about. There was very little new merchandise in this shop, and I saw a barrel style cloth Dooney similar to my pink leather one ,in the display case? I won’t bother to expound on my thoughts about the quality of the stuff they have for sale. Just know, I picked up my bags and left. Later, I sold them on Offer Up for $30 each. I won’t waste my time with this place again.

I love shopping here. They are always good about responding to my enquiries, when they post something on Facebook that I like. They have been great about holding things until I can get to the store. I have also been able to purchase something that was actually at the Lee's Summit store at the Blue Springs location. I really appreciated that they brought it to Blue Springs. I have visited with the owner many time, sold and bought here. It's a great family owner business and I'm glad we have a Blue Springs location.

Beyond Exchange is my complete go-to store. I can go in to buy an outfit and shoes and leave with fantastic house decor too! You can always count on supreme customer service, in a very soft way. I always appreciate how willing they are to help, with every request!

the people there are rude and snobby. i always get dirty looks and there attitude in there voice is rude too. saw one time a pair of shoes for $5 cheaper. not a good deal. wish they were nicer to staff. also brought one time a pair of new jeans, NEW never worn or anything and she told me they were stretched out. which doesnt make sense because they werent ever worn

I'm not going to give this place any more than 2 stars and I have not even been there. I just called the store and whoever answered the phone was either 1/2 asleep or totally hates their job because they were not friendly at all, like I was putting them out by having to answer the phone. I was going to go and check this place out but not now. I guess someone could just be having a bad day but very unprofessional.

Love this business! So willing to help you find what you need without the pressure. Honestly like shopping at a chain retail store but having a local, friendly face to help you get what you need! I walked out with 13 items and spent under $110! That’s insane! So much fun shopping too, clean and organized
