“It takes years to find that relentless “parts guy” for every situation. Unfortunately my car has been…. Driven…. to help ??♀️. After recently moving thousands of miles from my hometown, my car decided we needed a new roster…. So in the past MONTH, alllll on DIFFERENT OCCASIONS , I have needed to replace the following: coil overs, two wheels and tires (a week apart from each other), a radiator, a serpentine belt, a motor mount, a rock shroud, apparently a bent spare tire rim , and the list goes on… car at least gets points for creativity ?.On my way to work today my T-stat didn’t open…. ?After work, exhausted, angry, and getting increasingly broke, I made contact with Crystal at my 100000000000th random part store this MONTH.Despite having no knowledge of my month’s series of events, Crystal was calm, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She located the parts, vehicle specks, diagrams, and resolved other insignificant inquiries… she gave effort beyond anything I have experienced in this state, and when assisting me, she never once rushed me or made me feel like a burden. I felt I was genuinely her priority.Living rule all my life, and having worked in classic car restoration, I’ve been spoiled by things like high end Porsche parts distributors and the hospitality and customer service you’d expect from a small down. Crystal represented herself and Orileys impressively and maintained the same standards in her customer service that I would have been impressed with by a specialized parts rep.I dreaded making yet ANOTHER call to a parts store …. And now It’s past midnight and I’m writing the 3rd review I’ve ever written in my life for the … second time ?.Thanks for the help and for the refreshing interruption from the lackluster and lack of empathy that is becoming more prevalent.”
