Worse bank I have ever had to deal with...we are on out 3rd or 4th debit card...they just stop working on us and nobody at the bank or over the phone at customer service know why
..I will be looking for a new bank to switch...customer service is terrible here as well

Been here few times. And its same every time. The teller there working on something else rather than help their customers there. Very disappointed

The office of this branch is never open. It is closed on Saturdays. The times you can actually get through the front door, the staff is horribly uninformed. The location couldn’t be worse if they were an empty lot.

I do not recommend. I called several times and information given about my account and branch locations were incorrect. Hugh inconvenience as I travel for my employment.

Worst bank ever. Stay away. My mobile app and online banking stopped working and I couldn't get access to my money since I now live 4 hours from the closest bank. The staff was highly unhelpful and kept telling me to call the tech line that I had called multiple times and sat on hold for hours. They don't care about keeping customers or helping.

First off let me start by saying that today one of your customer service representatives, in the claims department I believe, was outstanding & very helpful. When I was lost after I had to file some claims a couple weeks ago. I received the amount credited back to my account & received the confirmation letters in the mail, but I never received the affidavit forms so I was very confused on what to do. So, I called the customer service line again & a representative named JAMIE helped me get everything straightened out. I just wanted to show my gratitude for her help & didn’t want it to be just a “regular day” for her, I hope she gets recognition for her patience, kindness & professionalism!! Thank you Jamie!!
