It was small but interesting. The size made it easy for my handicapped mom to get around & see it all. I really liked the 105 houser, old army green Jeep & helicopter. The good part was that it was FREE. They do have a donation box.

For anyone with a military connection this is a must see place. I am so humbled when I enter this museum.

The Stars and Stripes National Museum Library collects, documents, celebrates, interprets, and preserves materials related to the creation and continuing history of Stars and Stripes, our nation's military newspaper.
Through exhibits and programs, the Museum highlights the history of the Stars and Stripes from the very first issue, printed by Union troops in November 1861, through the wars of the 20th century, and into the modern era.
