There is a lack of communication between the offices and it is blamed on the customer. Kendra Bryant is rude and speaks to you like you are an idiot, glad she isn't my employee.

Charge .80 cents a day for what is called convenience fee yea whatever and btw if yo want a pole light its another 8 dollars a month plus have problems all the time and customers are never right and it wont let me give 0 stars so i have to settle with one
