I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the lady that let me use the restroom at this location today. I'm not sure if maybe she was a manager, she wasn't on the front registers, I really really wish I got her name to thank her personally, but I'm an Amazon driver so for like 12 hours a day I'm delivering packages, it's soooooooooo hard to even be able to take a quick break because then you're behind in your deliveries, but we have to find somewhere to take a really quick break, get in some air conditioning for a few minutes, grab a quick drink and snack and most importantly go to the restroom!!! People don't know how hard it is sometimes to find a restroom while we're working outdoors in the community allll day, through extreme heat, freezing cold, rain, storms, running from dogs, being worried about getting robbed, driving big trucks through small areas, it's so much, so thank you God for the lady that let me use the Walgreens restroom at this location it made the whole rest of my day an amazing amount better just being able to use a restroom and get a couple items for a quick break. Thank you!!!

I have no problem with customer service. my concern is the lighting outside the building. The Walgreens sign is not even lit. the parking lot is very dark. can we get some light?

My favorite WALGREENS has been for 35 years,please don't never CLOSE my same Nice pharmacist for 35 years she does my meds just right MRS. CHERYL? and also this young lady that's always Very nice to me,Mrs. PAT/PAM she's the one that looks like PATTIE LABELLE To Me"A compliment Intended" who to me IS A BEAUTIFUL Lady/Nice and a down to EARTH Spirit.....?? And of course I cant forget the Beautiful lady? that has been there for quite a while and is the Back Bone of that WALGREENS, SHES also why I still come to that Walgreens she works the cash Register ??

This Walgreens location continues to decline. Systems are consistently down in the pharmacy. Their inventory is terrible. I've made 2 complaints with the corporate office. Terrible as they are the Black Jack Walgreens.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone! They open and close when they feel like it, on several occasions I went in attempting to get my prescriptions and they were closed in the middle of the day (not for lunch) for the whole rest of the entire day!! Then it would take DAYS for my prescriptions to be ready once I called them in. I went to this location for THREE days in a row at one point in an attempt to get my prescriptions, with no car, I had to pay someone gas money EACH TIME, in an attempt to get my prescription which wasn’t ready each day even though I received a text stating it was. I expressed this to the pharmacist and she showed no concern AT ALL even though I have two medications that I take DAILY. So I transferred to the Grandview shopping plaza location, only to have the same issues. They also kept saying they couldn’t find my prescriptions b/c no one would take the time to delete the several different accounts they had made in my name. I also couldn’t get the specific type of prescription I wanted because Walgreens never had it in stock at literally any location in the St.Louis area.I gave up and just switched to CVS and my only wish is that I should have made the switch sooner!!! I’m so over Walgreens Pharmacy at this point I will never switch back !!

If I could give this b**** zero stars I would , so I have bought personal medication at the register and this black girl with burgundy braids with barely glued eyelashes on at the register made a rude comment about me buying my medication setting out my personal business while she still has customers... she's the manager at that weak a** Walgreens and later still had the nerve to confront me and still never apologized for her remarks, all of the worker are full of s*** except for Lydia , rose , this girl with dreads , I'd air that b**** out but I'll never go to this sorry a** Walgreens again, north county ain't good for s****
