EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!!!I purchased 2 cases of Diet Lipton Green Tea from the Dollar General in Billings Mo.Total $15.08After noticing the tea had an odd taste, I found that 1 case EXPIRED 6 MONTHS AGO and the other expired 7 MONTHS AGO!I reached out to DG online and was sent an email response that this would be reviewed. A few days later I received an email asking for contact information (that I had already given) so a regional manager could reach out to me.It's been a week and I have heard nothing. I think that maybe DG doesn't care about my complaint or selling expired products.

It is nice to see the same employees every time we shop here. This location just seems more organized and consistent than other DG.

Will NEVER stop here again. I literally purchased one item (cheap allergy meds) The price tag said it was $3 and when I went up to the self check out, I scanned the item and it rang up as $1.74. I was like well okay, who is going to complain about it being cheaper. I grabbed the receipt and the box of meds and left. Checked my bank account this morning and it showed a pending charge of $13.48. I went to get my receipt and it was a coupon. So I called the store and the lady said sorry but there was nothing she could do on her end and to call customer service. Well that was a big joke. They told me I need to call my bank. My bank told me they are going to dispute it but if the store says I made that purchase then I'm just out the money. Yeah its only roughly $10 but still, its the fact you can out your card into their self check outs and get ripped off. I basically will never stop at this Dollar General again or any of them for that fact. Thanks for the $13 cheap off brand medicine

Do Not Buy Third-Party Gift Cards from them UNLESS you make certain you made a copy of the gift card so numbers are legible and keep the receipt. I had the receipt but was not using my noggin and did not make a copy of the gift card or write the number down (ASSumed this info could be garnered from scanning in the receipt, if needed.....NOT!). I hope someone finds the card so at least someone will get to spend $150 at Bed, Bath and Beyond (was sent in housewarming card to niece, which she never received). WTHeck? Expensive lesson learned?!Why sell the cards if you aren't going to honor replacements or forewarn customers to not only keep the receipt but also a copy of the card with legible numbers or card numbers written down.
