I am a local and I avoid this store. Stuck up atmosphere friendly to whom they want to be with. Barely do their job! Management needs to step in careless activity happening.
Just like the clever location.

We stopped in here on one of our trips to Joplin and filled our car up with gas, and bought snacks. Today was their truck day, and while we were looking for snacks, the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. We couldn't find something, and they saw us looking for the item and asked us if we needed help finding something and pointed us to where it is. The cashier even told us how to sign up for rewards and was extremely friendly. She even explained how to sign up for rewards. That's a lot more than the Kum and Go employees do. We will start going to Casey's from now on.

I went in on my day off the workers made sure I was taken care of. The bathrooms smelled very clean and the breakfast burrito was delicious. The soda machine had the kind of ice I like to chew on when I have a day off driving. Love the new credit card machine. Glad they got that fixed finally.

Very friendly staff. The manager works hard to make sure every customer that comes in has a great experience. This is my number one choice to go when it comes to convenience store.

They never open on time they're supposed to be open at 4 a.m. hit-or-miss because some mornings they aren't even open 6 a.m. it's frustrating when you are trying to commute to work and you just need to stop and get a coffee and now you have to drive to the next town over just to get a cup of coffee in the morning. If I was the owner of the store I would be completely embarrassed

My wife sat there for 20 mins waiting for gas pumps to come on after 5 and nothing not even an answered phone will not be coming back to this location

Most the time you order a pizza on the weekend its gonna be soggy they used to use paper towels to remove the grease off the top but I guess that's no longer a thing here also if you have veggies on your pizza its pretty much still dough in the middle do to moisture I suggest a different caseys if you'd like the pizza

The service has gone down hill the past couple months, I ordered a meat galore pizza and paid $18 for it! Then got home to open my pizza box and it was a plain cheese pizza!! If I wanted to pay $18 for a plain cheese pizza I would’ve gone somewhere where they actually acknowledge their customers. Very disappointed and will probably no longer be ordering pizza from here!

My father in law wanted a specific chewing tobacco for Father’s Day from this specific Casey’s. When my husband went to purchase it this morning they refused him service because he mentioned it wasn’t for him… my husband is 28 years old, but she wouldn’t have even known that because she refused to look at his ID.Definitely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service he received.
