I wouldn't even give it one star if I could.. Had a package shipped, and was not able to get my address changed on it before it shipped. I called the Bethany post office to make sure it would be forwarded to my new address, not only was the lady very unhelpful and couldn't get up to make sure it was going to, she was also EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Not impressed, and would avoid dealing with them if at all possible.

The hours arent very convenient and if my neighbor doesnt have mail on any given day..like saturday..and I Do..i dont get my mail or they just deliver it to someone else. Other wise i give at least 4 stars cause there are some postal workers that will deliver rain or shine!

This post office is the worst I've ever seen. They constantly lose mail. They have given my packages to the wrong address at least 3 times costing me over $100. They will do nothing to correct it! The staff is rude and disrespectful as well as improperly trained. I'm so fed up. Please hire some qualified knowledgeable staff! These people make way to much money to mess up this bad.
