Went to car wash. Put $5 in and wouldn't turn on. The bay I used had a broken sprayer and the other sprayer wouldn't turn on.Spoke to a guy that was there the next day in the office. He said that he didn't have money or tokens to refund me and that since people move or steal the cones that are put there to signal out of service it's not his responsibility to refund or take care of customers that "claim" they used a stall not working...
