“[Now known as R&G Tire :) ]On my way to Vetta, with 2 eager boys who want to play in their soccer games, I had a flat! I was able to pull safely into their parking lot. 1 hour before closing time and the manager/owner on duty was an angel! Without hesitation he got my keys, got the tire off and discovered it was punctured and not fixable .He communicated effectively every step of the way and even said: I just want to get you to where your supposed be as quick as possible!He put a used (but high quality) tire on , no charge and we hit the road.30 minutes total!I’m so grateful for the professionalism and also the kindness. And my husband (who was at work) was so grateful that we were taken care of!I can’t express how grateful I am!!! Thank you!!”

“Ordered tires and rims and it was very much affordable! They were so helpful and nice. Customer service and the staff is amazing! They update you on wait time which wasn't long. I was there for about 45min since I ordered the rims while I was in store. They just happened to have what I needed in store. If you ever need assistance, Rod Tyler was the one who helped me.”
“Always good service. I would book an appointment though. Just dropping it on the lot any where isn't typically a great idea if you are on a time crunch. All in all great place for regula stuff like oil changes, tire replacing, ect”

“The best and most professional used tire shop in the city. He even price matches on new tires. Still the number 1 used tire shop. Most used tire shop's are dirty and have nowhere clean to sit and wait but not MLK Tire. They even do specialty rims and tires.”
“I was shopping for tires on our Alfa Romeo. I called ahead of time and the employee on the phone, I wish I could remember his name, was extremely personable and helpful. I told him I had four tires to bring in off the car. We went through the options for tires. $50, $80 +. I opted for the $80 ones. I was told to just come in and drop them when I had time. I was there the next day to drop the wheels/tires off and was told they'd be ready by the next day. Again very friendly. I picked up the next day, no worries, no hassles. He even unloaded and loaded the wheels in and our of my SUV so I didn't have to get my hands dirty. I would definitely go back and I do recommend them for tires and customer appreciation. Worth five stars so far.”

“During a bad storm on a weekend, we got two flat tires on the drivers side of our car. We had it towed to Gateway who was closed for the weekend and the holiday. When we got there Wed AM to drop off the keys and explain what happened, David already had a quote ready for us! Not only that, but they caught our bad brakes on the back before we had to buy rotors and offered to fix those for us as well. Prices were great, owner was honest and transparent, work was done in a day...all around amazing experience and we will absolutely go here first for any car issues moving forward!”

“Man when I tell you Dex is the best, I truly mean that!! I’m in Florida minding my business when I get a call from my 18 year old son, saying that his car was shaking and he see that he has a knot on his tire and he was in the Berkley area. So I’m frantically googling tire shops in the area to send him to. After calling around every one was either already closed or about to close and they were not willing to stay open. My next call was One Stop tire shop at literally 5:59pm(he closes at 6pm) I spoke with Dex and after explaining to him my son’s situation he said “mom, tell him to come on in. I’ll stay open and make sure he’s good.” The tire was great and looked almost new. His service, patience and willingness to help when he really didn’t have to was impeccable. I couldn’t thank him enough. If I could’ve hugged him through the phone I would’ve. He definitely has a customer for life.”
