“I will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s again unless I’m forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

“I manage a new development property downtown, and Fast Signs has been providing our banners, window signage, and more. I'm astounded with how responsive, quick, and caring the team at fast signs is. Cleveland saw a signage issue at my property and went the extra mile to straighten it out. I called in to give him kudos and chatted with Steve (the owner) who was just as caring and enthusiastic. This is the sign shop to go to. I promise - you won't be disappointed.”

Went to drop off some Amazon returns and was in and out in probably no more than five minutes, and the clerk who helped me was very friendly and personable. “The employees are great! Very friendly and helpful. You can ship and pick up packages here. We wanted to ship something but didn't realize we needed shipping materials. They helped us locate empty boxes and bubble wrap. They put everything together and secured it with extra cardboard and tape. The employees are truly amazing! Highly recommend this place.”

He checked my ID, asked me to verify the addresses and double checked if he could do anything else for me. My package was delivered fewer than 48 hours later, as promised.”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

I had ordered some enclosure cards for work through Canva, and there was a miscommunication from Canva and although we paid for envelopes, our need for them wasn't communicated to the FedEx team. Without missing a beat, David went to the back and grabbed them for me without any issues. Thank you for the help!”

“We went in with Spectrum equipment to return on 5/23/24 and didn't know if we needed boxes, a label, etc. A young African American man helped us with a smile, so willing to walk us through the handful of steps (he did all the work), and it was seamless. I think his name was Caleb, but not sure, I believe it started with a C. He's an asset to UPS. Great work and service, young man.”
