Dex very professional and respectful. He help me with a urgent leak in my tires and put both new tires in my car. He's a blessing! I would recommend this place for anyone who lives in St Louis, Missouri period!

I came in today 07.09.2024 @ 5:55 PM due to low tire pressure and was informed that I had a nail in my tire. I was immediately helped even though they were closing in 5 minutes. Thank you so much!!!

Dex was super amazing! I’m from out of town and I had a blow out and he helped me for a fair price! Very nice and well mannered made me feel at home! This black king deserves so much!

Don't shop around...just come here for all your tire needs NEW OR USED!!!! The prices are beyond reasonable and the service is impeccable...had a blowout and the owner stayed late after close to fix my tire...this is what AMAZING service is!!!! Thank you Dex!!!!

My tire was super low (15) when I left for work this morning. Put air in it up to 37. Got off work, down again. Took it Dex and he fixed (dang nail) in no time. I felt bad because it was close to closing. So if you need a new or used tire, this is the place to go!!!!!

Man when I tell you Dex is the best, I truly mean that!! I’m in Florida minding my business when I get a call from my 18 year old son, saying that his car was shaking and he see that he has a knot on his tire and he was in the Berkley area. So I’m frantically googling tire shops in the area to send him to. After calling around every one was either already closed or about to close and they were not willing to stay open. My next call was One Stop tire shop at literally 5:59pm(he closes at 6pm) I spoke with Dex and after explaining to him my son’s situation he said “mom, tell him to come on in. I’ll stay open and make sure he’s good.” The tire was great and looked almost new. His service, patience and willingness to help when he really didn’t have to was impeccable. I couldn’t thank him enough. If I could’ve hugged him through the phone I would’ve. He definitely has a customer for life.

My initial service was fast and friendly, I was in and out, and at a decent price too! I thought everything was settled, until a couple of days later I found my car shaking. I blew it off, thinking it would eventually settle. Overtime it gradually got worse, to the point where I had a blow out on the highway. From there the car was towed to my home, and that’s where the issue arrived. For the life of me I could not get the lug nuts off of the tires. No one could. 3 people tried, neighbors tried, licensed mechanics tried with no luck. At this I called One stop tire shop, who insisted that this was my own doings, and was very dismissive. So I paid for a tow to another tire shop, who worked on it for hours and were unable to get the nuts off either. They informed me that the nuts were put on improperly, and that was due to them being put on too fast or with too much force. This resulted in me having to take my car to an actual auto shop to get them removed. Thank God the owner had mercy on me, because the damage done was $200 worth. I will not be back or refer any of my friends to One Stop. I’m afraid of what will happen when I go to take the other tires***and noww you remember me, when you were acting clueless over the phone as to who I was. You are not my first tire change, I’ve never had an issue until YOU, wires and all. That’s fine though, you cost me a lot of money and damage . Also tried to charge me more for the same tire this go round. Even the tire shop I went to knew about your shop. No reason to get mad at me, just be careful next time. It was closing time and we were desperate. In town to visit a family member and hit a pot hole. Tire pressure started going down. Pulled into one stop tire shop at closingggg not only did he find the problem he fixed the unfixable (in my eyes)My rim was bent. He did a wonderful wonderful job. Then he blessed me again. No charge. Thank youThank you. Please go see him.
