They have very bad customer service skills when you asked about something they act like they don't know it don't know nothing about it but then you can be standing there looking at the promotion right there on the wall they act like they're not equipped to handle anything

Spoke to customer care rk remove 2 lines from my family plan and just leave my main line. Didn't get the courtesy text of your phone bill is due in a day so it slipped my mind. So at the store while speaking with customer care asked the representative 2 times that once she removes the 2 lines and as soon as we get off the phone I can pay my phone bill with the representative in the store and my services will be restored she replied yes. The representative in the store even asked the same thing she said yes. Once she reminded the lines she said it takes 4 hours to 48 hours for the ticket she created to be complete. So now all of a sudden I am told I can pay my phone bill but will have to wait 2 days for my phone to be on which is a bunch of BS. Boost mobile you all suck for this. You do not care about your customers and you show it. You all jump throw hoops to get new business but once you get someone and once they are a customer you don't do anything to keep them. You have to understand people have a choice and I'd they choose you why can't you show them why you choose them back, that's something you should try and mean. Now me as a single mother, a widow of a man that was murdered has to move around the city with no way to communicate with the world for 2 days because of what the fact that I changed my plan on a pre paid account that makes absolutely no sense at all. You won't give extension not even a day. You all are all about the money and it shows. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will never come back. I won't recommend Boost and will make sure any customers, friends, or family I know that have Boost I will tell them to leave and help them go to the next carrier I move to. Also y'all should change the name it's not customer care or support, the representative had me in tears because once I leave home if my kids need me I won't know until I get home on wifi for 48 hours that's messed up horribly...y'all straight suck.

I called about getting my money back that another boost mobile store had stolen from me. The people who work there are now calling my number and calling me a b×××h. Thats awesome customer service. Btw, i still don't have my money back

Came here because a friend recommended, they have great service and always help my grandparents with they're phones, I wasn't planning on using them but they had a special of the LG G6 $600 phone, came out to $80 when you port over from a competitor carrier and luckily I had metro which was not so hot anyway, I also switched my girl because she got $100 off IPhone XS & joined my grandparents plan which also saved me from a month of service.

Horrible experience! Went to pay my bill the worker told me that I had an attitude because his machine was not working. Then he kicked me out and was approaching me as if he was going to put his hands on me. What kind of mess is that. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
