One of the employees here at this location named Penny is really nice and great at her job. It's always pleasant to deal with her. Shes good at her job and is always so friendly. Love going here and having her assist me. Keep up the good work Penny. You are awesome!!

Recently my payments are not arriving, and I am not receiving monthly statements. This started several weeks ago. I have had to pay penalties and pay double. This never happened before the first of this year. Is this carrier going postal? Some one needs to see what is going on. Thanks ?.

I don't know if there's a competition at worst post office in the country or what but this one is definitely in the top three half the mail never gets delivered they lie and say oh the mail always gets delivered on time. I run a community of over 300 homes 50% is an F.

I live in a retirement community and for the past few weeks, mail has been sporadic. It seems we only get mail every other day. When asked about it, they are short handed. Sorry about that, but you keep raising prices and we should expect mail every day.

Horrible phone service, you are not able to speak to a person at the Belton office. Only a recording. Either I have been scammed through my email and couldn't report it to the Belton office or I have a package to pick up?

Tracking says, your package has arrived.Go to box, no package.Neighbor brings packages, sometimes.Post Office Broken...Better service when they used carrier pigeons.

Haven't had the best experience with my mail getting to my house this year, but the man inside the post office was very nice, and did everything he could to help and answer my questions.God bless!

Make sure you never get anything delivered through this post office. They’ll deliver it to the wrong address then won’t correct the problem. Definitely make sure it’s not things you have ordered for a family members funeral…I’d give it zero stars if I could.
