Jennifer employee #184852 printed up something I emailed to the store. For some reason one of the pages didn't get printed up correctly. Granted I didn't double check, after going home I looked at the fax/ documents. Realized one page was not correct despite it being correct in email. I screen capture page resend just that page. Mind you been going to store for years drive miles out of way. So I go back in explain they print the one page and fax again then charge me another 8 dollars. I pointed what was printed up was not correct. And did not match there was no I am sorry. Just going twice to same store and 16 bucks to send a fax.

Every time I step into the store it is a positive experience. I’ve been coming in for years. Most recently I have been helped by a young lady named Jennifer. She just does a great job. The store is friendly and efficient.

I really like this store. I frequent UPS Store locations all around the greater KC Metroplex and have recently began to frequent the Belton zone on a frequent basis.Hands down among the best service and staff in town!!!Rachel Wesley is the Store Manager and she's friendly, helpful and ready to help and I see that her staff follow her lead and offer the best possible service every time. Joi is very friendly and focused on anything she can do to help, she will find an answer if she can't resolve a problem for you and she's surrounded by a friendly competent team with genuine smiles on their faces who are ready to step up and help out.The only caveat is this location kinda stinks all around. General access in & out, tight door-banger-parking, and pothole-filled lot need improvement and not much UPS can do about it, rather it's a city / infrastructure upgrades kinda issues in my opinion.

Folks are friendly and ready to help. The associate at the register was transparent about the price differences for shipping and worked to ensure my priorities were met with an awesome attitude!

I dropped my package off for return and scanned my barcode. Now it is showing it hasn't been dropped off and they don't have my item. Will keep my receipts for return now after getting robbed like this.

Great store, because:#1: Amazon Returns center, of course!#2: The staff are always working hard and are good and efficient at what they do.#3: Yesterday, Diana went above & beyond to get my oversized art pages scanned in and emailed to me. The system was giving her a hard time, but she wouldn't be deterred. She problem-solved and got it done anyway, even though I gave her the option to not worry about - I would get it done at home.My invoice was $5.95. Now, that's A+ customer service!!!

Wow! I wish I could give this store more than 5 stars! When I walked in I was greeted by the manager, Rachel. She was incredibly personable and helpful. I needed help retuning a package which I have never done before. Rachel and her staff took time to walk me though this process. The cost was way cheaper than I thought, which was amazing! With that being said, they will forever be my go to place for anything shipping. 1000/10 recommend!

I made an appointment for shredding (50lbs in 2 boxes) as required. I paid and was pointed to a container in the lobby that stood between two entry doors. One clerk carried one box over while I carried the other. She put hers on top of the container and said she would "Get to it later". Anyone could have grabbed my box and left with it, so I stood there and put all my documents into the slot of the bin myself for the next 20 minutes. This is wholly unacceptable.

On Saturday, August 5, 2023 I paid $95 to overnight a package from Missouri to New York. I could not get the tracking info to work so I called the store that shipped the package only to find out the package was still there and has not been mailed out. That was Monday afternoon why did I have to pay $95 to overnight a package that wasn’t truly overnighted? Is it FedEx delivers on Sundays? However, if UPS does not then the package should have went out Monday morning. When I completed the transaction over the phone, no one told me that the package wouldn’t go out when it was supposed to. Had I known that the shipping would’ve taken several days I would not have paid $95 overnight it.
