Visited this location yesterday. This location had good prices, was clean, and had very friendly employees. However a big disappointment was not sorting adult clothing by size. I have two toddlers and that takes too much time to go through. That said could be a staffing issue idk.

Don't bother dropping your donations here. The drop off area is a cluster. The guy accepting donations is rude, if he even acknowledges your existence. And after you completely unload everything yourself, you then have to lift it 4 ft high onto the loading dock without help and you're not allowed to leave anything on the ground. They have posted "rules" and if you don't follow them, they will refuse your donation. I've only been inside once, but the selection wasn't great. Probably because no one wants to donate there. Perhaps I'm just spoiled by Red Racks..

I haven't been able to donate here for quite some time. The last time I tried was probably February of this year. They are always stating "through the use of a single sign" that they are at capacity. However, I was optimistic today and thought I'd give it another try .. with no luck. As I drove up I noticed that there are now SIX NEW whiteboards with passive aggressive signs basically saying to keep out. There is also a handmade guard rail on the dock keeping anyone from setting their donations there as well. I drove away sad thinking of how far this donation center has fell. And as I read through other reviews, it seems that the ongoing problem is dock management. This alone seems to be the reason why their business is crippling in Belton; No one feels welcome here.A thought that I had while driving away was:1. If they are at capacity, then perhaps they should mark down the items they currently have displayed. Last time I was browsing through I was surprised of how marked up the clothing was for a used clothing store2. REMOVE THE SIGNS. Have your dock associate speak with anyone wanting to donate face-to-face. Even if it is repetitive. If you are at capacity when a vehicle approaches, have your dock associate give them other options instead of telling them to "read the signs"

TERRIBLE!! I have donated at Hillcrest Thrift, Savers and Goodwill. I have always had polite people to help unload, offer a tax receipt and just be all out friendly. I always get out to help. But this store has it posted all over that you must unload yourself. Not only must you unload on your own, but we have put up cones so you cannot access the dock easily with your car. The closest to the dock is 8-10 foot from it. I had to throw clothes, nmany new with tags, onto the floor in water and dirt as the box was too heavy for me to carry. when I told the guy I would have to do that, he so "ok". NEVER again!! If these are the church people representing the rest of us Christians, no wonder there are so many turned from God!

Couldn’t donate here even if I wanted to. I’ve tried three times now to donate at this location. After checking their website for donation hours I drove up with multiples boxes and bags of donations just to find signs on the dock stating they weren’t taking donations. Tried just driving up there again and same situation. Finally, I called and a gentleman told me they were taking donations until 4. Drove up AGAIN to find a truck in the dock. Walked in with a box and was met by the same man who said very rudely, we don’t take donations through the front. I explained that the dock was blocked off and he just repeated that they only take donations at the dock. Went back to the dock to still find the truck and a sign saying the dock was closed. I called the store again and explained the situation to the gentleman who THEN informed me that they don’t know when the truck will leave and can’t take donations while it is there. Something that he failed to mention when I spoke with him on the phone the first time and when I was in the store trying to donate. It’s ridiculous to be met with such opposition to just trying to do the right thing. That gentleman needs a better attitude to people who are kind and are just trying to donate their belongings. His bad attitude is off-putting and turning customers and donators away.

Left a box by the door at 10:30 when I realized they didn't open until 11. Ran an errand and came back and realized someone threw the contents in the trash next to the door. The man inside acted real enthused with his job. I told him I came back to carry it in and donate, but he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. This is why I donate to goodwill usually. Salvation army sucks.

I am done trying to donate here. I have tried 4 times now and couldn't. Called today to see if they were taking donations and I was told they would take them until 4pm. Got off the phone and drove straight there only to find out I couldn't donate. So I am done. I will take my donations elsewhere.

Poor management. They had one girl running the entire floor (stocking items, cashiering, answering phones, cleaning and other responsibilities) while the bosses sit on their butts. Usually in the back on their phone, sometimes in a rolling office chair on the floor.Items are also way overpriced and the store is a mess, clothes are not even sorted by size!I do not support this store or franchise.

I am shocked by the behavior of the people in charge of the dock area. I sent my husband with the clothing items from my mom and dads estate. Many had brand new tags on them. The person at the dock had a large sign propped up by a chair and would not move that sign so that he could get closer to the dock. It is bad enough that it is 105 degrees outside - BUT HE HAD CHEMO EARLIER THIS WEEK. It wasn't a few bags there were 50 of them. And of course you didn't offer to help!

Extremely pricey for a thrift store. New shoes but a brand I had never even heard of were 19.99. Other shoes 11.99. Still too much. Shirts were 7.99 and up. Too pricey

This store is very high for a thrift store. I realize they have programs to fund but people go to thrift stores to buy cheap. Walmart clearance is lower than prices here.

Great store! I only wish it were open on Mondays too! I've seen dozens of people show up on Mondays, disappointed that it's closed.

A great place to find treasures! Household goods, a good library of books, dvds, and videos. Men, women and children's clothing, sporting goods. JUST GO SEE! They have Christmas trees,

The store didn't have much in it. ASurprised by a lot of empty shelves and racks. Not much furniture either.

Not sure but the few times that I've been there the cashier has been less than pleasant. Just asking to see something from the jewelry area seem to upset her. If you're paying with a credit card, be prepared to be yelled at about the green light and your signature. Update 03/12. Another encounter with the most horrible cashier I have ever experienced she is rude, it's hard to understand what she's saying because she mumbles to herself. When asking about what's on sale and the prices she began to yell at me. I don't know how management it does not pay attention to these comments. Corporate needs to take a look and who they are having represent them at store level.
