Went to get gas last night . Paid , went out and the gas pump wasn’t working.
Went in asked to switch it and she directed me to a male outside, he came up and laughed and said nothing I can do, you’ll need to go pay again and that it should go back on my card but he’s not sure how it works . Soooo I go back in and this lady finally gives me a receipt but still says she can’t switch pumps that I need to repay. I absolutely did not ! Went to QT and will never go back there again especially after reading other reviews. Also kept my receipt so we will see if the money goes back on…

I had just got gas and left there, and my car died and lost power when I was DoorDashing
they have bad gas
I might lose my job and I barely made it home .
they don't have a phone number that works ?

The fam and I just stopped for a quick break. The cashier was very polite when I asked her where the bathrooms were. The bathroom was nice, clean. We will come back again.

Just don't use their bathroom right now. They were remodeling. When I was leaving, the bathroom door wouldn't unlock and I was locked inside. Someone had to unlock it from the outside. I had to wait for about five minutes before someone came to unlock it.

I experienced a problem paying with 2 Shell gift cards at this location. The cashiers did not know how to enter the $50 transaction being paid with two $25 gift cards. So, I had to do the purchase as two separate transactions; which then messed up my shell rewards discount off per gallon. Ridiculous, ... these cashiers need to know how to do partial pay transactions. Every other Shell knows how to.

Terribly run business, the place is dirty, pumps are out of order half the time, they don't represent your Shell Company in a good way

Half the pumps don't work and the ones that do are really slow. Get gas across the street instead.

We filled up our cart there 2/21/22. We drove for a mile and our car quit. We had the car towed to our mechanic and there was water in the gas. DO NOT GET GAS HERE. Also their phone number doesn't work so we can't even call them to tell them they have bad gas.
