Gym is pretty OK except they sound that lunk alarm if you back ur dump truck up too fast in reverse without a proper permit!!! This is supposed to be America for God's Sake!!!!

In the past year I have went from lifting (bench press) 115 lbs to 225 lbs . Have lost 25 lbs and 4 inches off my waist and my health is the best it has been in years. I am 67 years old people tell me i look 50 . Thank you Planet Fitness
