I love this Petco BUT they are quick to close early. It has become fairly frequent that they close 10-15 minutes before their posted hours. Tonight I arrived 11 minutes before closing (knowing exactly what I needed to get in and get out) and the doors were already locked. I even tried to call because I had driven over an hour to get here. While I stood outside calling, FOUR families tried to walk in, so clearly I'm not the only person encountering this as a genuine problem. Such a frustrating issue for a store that is otherwise nice. :(

The worst ever grooming experience that I ever had. Groomer had no respect and manager had no responsibility. The groomed checked my dog when I dropped her and said coat is in a good shape and has few matting. I said I don't want to have my dog shaved and left there. After half an hour I received a voice call from her that I couldn't do the demoting and have to shave her. When I called back in 10 min she said I shaved it and when I said you should at least waited for me she started to talk loudly and cut my talking several time. When I went to talk to manager she said I will remove the cost of dematting!!! He had no sense of what her groomer did, regarding costumer care. Worst ever experience.

A friend had recently been in the hospital, so she wasn't able to wash her dog, and I couldn't wash her dog, because the dog didn't know me. She called Petco, and got a same-day appointment to have the dog washed and clipped. When we walked in, no one was at the check-in, so we waited a few minutes, then found someone to page them. A young lady came out, and was friendly both to us and to the dog. She took the dog back with hugs and kisses, and let us know that she would call when the dog was ready. We were able to get my friend home, run errands, and get back to pick up a well-groomed doggie when we got the call. Thanks, Petco!

Alissa helped train our dog and we've had great results. Our dog is much more obedient and less wild now. We'll definitely be returning for more advanced classes.

Vince totally helped me out tonight, giving me an education on the fish I wanted, helping me make sure I head everything I needed, and just being an overall rockstar! He told me about the app, and how to earn rewards, which was super helpful. I'll be back to this location, solely because of him!

Tried to come in for a quick nail grind. I am a vital care member and normally at every other Petco I've been to this is a quick in and out no hassle deal. I was not even acknowledged until I knocked on the glass. I got a dirty look and a pointer finger from the girl grooming who promptly went back to doing what she was doing. A few moments later another girl came out of the back after a total of about five minutes standing at the counter. I was told that a walk in mail grind wasn't available at this location.

Great people, good job on my Mia puppy. Aileen was wonderful help. Then got a discount on outfits for Mia!! Love you girls!! Thank you. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Pretty girls too!! I'm needing a dinner and movie date, tired of going alone. Any volunteers!!

We use their washing facility to bathe our 60 lb dog. The facility for it is absolutely amazing and set up just right. Always so much easier to go in here and give him a bath then it is to dirty up our bathtub and try to play catch with a wet shaggy dog.

When I first entered this store the gentleman at the registry greeted and guided me to the grooming area. I usually frequent PetSmart but they did not have any close spots and my babies needed a bath and cut.... BAD. PETCO was able to get me in same-day. Upon arrival at the appointed time we discussed over the phone I had to wait about 6 minutes for someone to come from the back to check me in. Although one of my pets info was there, it had not been entered into the system to speed up my time in the store. Once they were finally checked in and take back, I left the store. About 3 hours later I received a call that my dogs were extremely disruptive and the tech refused to finish the appt. I arrived within 20 mins and after waiting another 10 minutes for her to gather and bring them to me, I noticed they were cut. The tech let new know that she couldn't get to their nails due to them crying. Fine. I get them home to inspect and notice so many imperfections, uneven cut areas, etc. I will continue to frequent the PetSmart in Belton even if I have to wait longer then wanted to an appt.
