“Very helpful employees and they let you take your time, no pressure at all. They have a lot in stock. Unfortunately, I had to return my recliner because I was having shoulder and back pain, they offer a 10 day window to return certain products, if in new condition, if for any reason it does not work out. I do not know full policy, so please check before you purchase. I felt SO bad that I had to return the chair because these people price-matched and went out of their way to assist me and then made the return process easier than I expected. I am a bit afraid to buy another recliner because I have neurological issues (and it is NOT because of the store experience)Will take my time and if and when I buy another recliner, I will purchase here, again.I honestly got the best service in any furniture store, EVER. From the helpful and friendly sales staff to the lady who assisted on the returns and issuing me my credit back to my credit card, it was so easy and very organized.The delivery process is excellent, way better than I experienced from the bigger furniture store in KS when I bought a washer and dryer etc. in the past. The delivery people were also very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this store and will be back because of the excellent experience and I like to support my local stores, where possible. “I purchased a Mastercare Swedish Inversion table from this location on 30-April-22. $999. My cosmetologist recommended the store and the inversion table because they allowed him to drive there every day for a week to try to table out before investing in it.
The staff was educated, friendly, and helpful. They allowed me to use the table and walked me through the steps. The cost of the table was expensive, but they also were able to take my FSA medical card.
I've had lower back pain for most of my life which worsened within the last 8 years. Scoliosis in my lumbar, a vertical bone spur between my L2 and L3 lumbar, stenosis, early stage spondylitis, and degenerative disc disease in my cervical spine. Oh, and inflammatory arthritis.
I recently I pinched a nerve in my neck, likely a bulging disc. Sharp and burning pain into my shoulder and hardly any range of motion in my neck. Nothing was helping, including Meloxicam and Gabapentin. Physical therapist booked until June. I used the inversion table 3x for 5 minutes at a time on day one. Woke up on day 2 with zero lower back pain and at least an 80% reduction in pain in my neck. No more burning pain in my shoulder and occasional sharp pains. I doubt I'll need physical therapy now.
Obviously the inversion table works and it was worth the investment. The table will save me thousands of dollars in medical bills. I'd highly recommend this store if you have spine health issues.”
“Crowley was the third furniture store I visited and i was so tired of being hounded and being pushed and sold on things I didn’t want. Tonya K. completely went against that and was an absolutely amazing sales person. She gave me plenty of space to look around while being close by in case I had any questions. She made my experience absolutely amazing and got me out of there in a perfect sectional within 30 MINUTES. She made the sale experience itself completely painless and expertly illustrated their warranty plan on the furniture, but was not trying to be pushy when selling it to me. Tonya is the type of salesperson I dream to have whenever I have to go through a big purchase.”

I don't know if our salesperson was being extremely pushy because that is the way she is, or if it is because Crowley may be pushing her to be pushy, but when she approached us when we walked in, we told her we were just looking, but if we needed her, we would come find her. She said ok and went away (or so we thought) the first time we sat down in one of the furniture groupings, and here she comes, "oh that's a nice piece blah blah blah , it can come in many different fabrics and clolors, blah blah blah. Can I write this up for you"?No thanks we are just looking, we'll come find you if we need you.She did this with every grouping we went to. We finally just walked around with us because we were tired of trying to shoo her away.Once we found what we needed, she went up to the counter to write up our ticket. I excused myself to go use the restroom, when I came back, I told her "We have an account already open with you."Her reply was "So you don't want to put it on a major credit card to save paying tax"?Since I was just returning to the conversation after using the restroom, I turned to my husband and said "have you two already discussed how we were going to pay this"?He said "No".Then the Salesperson spoke up "Remember I told you about it when you first walked in"?First of all, I wasn't paying attention to anything she said when we first walked in because we clearly told her we didn't need her help at that time.I almost got up and walked out.All I have to say is, if we come back in the future and are hovered over we will not be purchasing from you again.”
