Great selection of vehicles and a friendly staff. Picked out the car we wanted online, 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz, then thanks to Brecken we were in and out in a short time. This dealership has all the big city amenities with a small town feel. Highly recommend.

This car dealership told the credit union that I got the loan from that I made $3350 a month and I paid 250 for my rent. That is a 100% lie. I never told them I made that much money and I’ve never paid that much or that little for my rent, I’ve had so much trouble with this car lot. I would never recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram in Belton. They are the worst I have ever dealt with and they’re probably gonna be sued.

Got in touch with service for an oil change and inquiry on cost for brake pads. I received a roundabout number for an oil change as a “around a couple hundred dollars”, and
Mr. Bob in service however, does not like giving quotes on brake pads because it could change and that I would need to take my truck in to get an inspection before a cost. But completely Understandable. I was OK with it but then he didn’t even offer to set me up an appointment time. Definitely needs to work on customer service skills.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Max Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Belton, MO, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! After searching online for quite a while for new vehicles, I came across their company and one of their listings and decided to give them a call. I got connected with Brecken and from that initial call all the way through the final sale

What truly stood out was the great customer service not only from Breckenridge but their sales managers Andrew and Trey and finance person Butch. This post does not come without inner turmoil. I do not like to post negative things at all.
I purchased a vehicle from Max Motors in Belton back in 2022 and I am still waiting for the title. I have reached out numerous times and keep getting passed around, yet I'm still not any closer to getting my title. I have email correspondence stating that they are "working on it", and it's in process", and "it takes a while to get a title from an out of state dealer." It's my understanding that dealerships have 30 days to provide the title or 60 days if there's a delayed agreement. Max Motors please do better!

I purchased my first vehicle at this location and the service was phenomenal. Dominic was beyond helpful and transparent with me which I appreciated. Gerardo as my salesman, was very kind and full of personality which definitely plays a part on who I decide to make a deal with. There were no scams, the process was super easy, and I will definitely recommend this place to others and come here for my next vehicle.

This place has been absolutely AMAZING to me and my husband! This is my first “big girl” purchase and Ronnie Dunn made it so very smooth. I knew the car I wanted when I walked in and he got me into it! Not only did he do that, but he called the next day to check in on how I liked it AND so did the finance manager! Like whaaaat???? Great customer service! Highly highly recommend this place and as you can see, I don’t do that many reviews so they clearly stuck out to me! Thanks Max Motors!!!

A+++ experience.
First, Brecken from sales was well prepared and highly knowledgeable in the used vehicle I wanted to see. Pointed out a few tidbits I didn't catch myself during research. Couldn't have asked for better help.
Second, honest pricing and no pricing tricks to lure you in. Initial sales price was already considered a great deal by KBB. Negotiations were fair and painless.
Last, their included lifetime power train warranty is great and additional coverage options are a bargain. I was pleased to see warranty coverage go upto 140k miles. Will be back for sure.
