Visited Kohl's to make a return. The employee in customer service was great. She was pleasant and professional. She smiled the entire time. Also,did a little shopping and interaction at check out was also great. Lots of information given about the sale. A most enjoyable outing.

Lost an expensive gold & silver coin off my necklace while trying on clothes in the dressing room. When I called to inquire about it, leaving my name & number as well, I was told it wasn’t there. If anyone knows/found it, please turn it in to customer service for me. It has sentimental value. Looks like this…..
