I’m in another state and called this place near my friend’s home to have some flowers delivered after he lost his dog. Both days I called I spoke with Patty, who was helpful and nice even though I could tell she was busy. She was great, and I’m not sure who actually made the delivery but my friend said the delivery lady was very sweet. The arrangement looked like the reference photo and was exactly what I ordered. The flowers are perfect!

Because it is a new flower shop, the place is clean and the interior has a nice atmosphere. The owner is friendly and accepts customers who make reservations in advance. If you tell them your preference, they carefully package it according to the price range. Of all the flower shops I've been to, this is my favorite. It's spring these days, so I'm trying to liven up the atmosphere at home and feel healed by fragrant and beautiful flowers.

Lovely people to talk to and get flower arrangements from. I have received 2 arrangements from them that were gorgeous. The flowers were beautiful for more than a week.

My moms funeral casket spray was the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I asked for bright flowers for my mom and they looked amazing. Everyone at the funeral kept telling me how beautiful the flowers were. I would recommend Klaus flowers for any occasion. ?

Excellent customer service! I placed an order that was out of their territory so owner called a closer florist who could deliver a similar plant. I'm so impressed that Patte went out of her way to help me. Highly recommend!

We ordered a boutonniere last minute over the phone. Patty was patient, pleasant, and asked for details about the occasion, the suit and the dress. When we picked up hours later, the boutonniere was absolutely perfect! Thank you! We found our new florist!

Patty was so helpful when I called to order flowers for my daughter who lives in the area. I am from Illinois and Patty, while busy assisting other customers, informed me of a timeline and was able to ensure a beautiful, thoughtful and timely delivery within the day! Ordered an assortment off the internet and they called me to let me know they did not have the vase. I instructed them to sub another vase and dress it up as best they could. It was a heart shaped vase.What was sent was a plain glass vase sold at Dollar General for a buck along with a pathetic presentation of flowers. Not even any baby’s breath or greenery.High profits are nice but not at the expense of no repeat customers.Pics available on request.
