No matter which mechanic helps you at Jack’s they are always fair and helpful. I’ve had small issues like a wiper issue fixed to figuring out what was wrong with by 4x4 system. Even an inspection is done with the upmost professionalism and you feel safer knowing it is thoroughly taken care of. Everyone in here is courteous, great at explaining problems and helping it be as financially helpful as they can. No one I know has ever felt ripped off after going to Jack’s.

I've been to Jack's auto repair and tune up a few times now over the past couple of years and they have always been professional and courteous. This past time, I had to bring my kids with me while we waited for the service. We brought a cot for the three of us to sit on and sat in the sun in the front of the shop. They brought us to the back of the shop where there was shade and got my two boys popsicles! They're also great at their job and point out any potential issues they find with the vehicle so you can plan ahead accordingly. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my vehicle that needed urgent attention and they came to my rescue immediately when I called for assistance. I don't know of many places that would do that. Great group of people.

Was just there last week! They took off my old tires & put my new ones on got it aligned, done a great job but someone there forgot to put my center caps back on and they ordered me 2 new ones! They went above and beyond! Great place

Been a client for years took my truck up to them for a valve cover leak had to take it up 3 times for the same problem and couldn't get it fixed finally took it to certified auto down the street and fixed it the frist time sucks that I had to pay for the same fix that jacks couldn't but less of a headache than trying to ask for my money back or get them to try and fix it

They are not honest or reliable, in my opinion . customer service was not very nice! I had an appointment to drop my car off Thursday at 10 for a three hour service.that is what they told us. So that was what we did. After not hearing from them al att, I called to check on the car at 4:45. They hasn’t even started working on the car. We talked to the guys they said leave it over night one of us will working on it in the morning. So we left it another day in hopes that they would get to it. The next day, by 1 nobody had touched the car. There was absolutely zero communication on their part. So we picked the car up and went somewhere else. They were aware that it was our only vehicle that we wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Anytime there was any form of communications it was us that reached out, not them that reached out. They never told us it would be two or three days to get the job done. They told us two or three hours. We have that in writing

What a rip off artist quoting me $500 to give me an oil change and fix my brakes. Tell me they would have a part the next morning to my car for two days called me and told me to come pick it up and pay for the oil oil change cause they weren’t gonna be able to get the part in charge me double the quote for the oil change Will never go back to this place ever again
