“Oh my gosh!! Jared was my mother's tech on troubleshooting the audio for Netflix. Worked at it for quite sometime with having to troubleshoot the TV settings versus the Netflix settings!! Got it to work...he called me several times providing updates and was so professional and courteous! In my mother's words she noticed that he was very "tidy" with using his tools and left everything as it was without any mess. So thankful for service techs like Jared as he needs to be an example for Spectrum!! He deserves a pat on the back!! Thank you Jared, much appreciated!!
