this is the worst insurance office ive ever dealt with. Had them on the phone requesting cancelation on several different occasions and they did absolutely nothing. Didnt send emails that I requested, didnt cancel the policy. I eventually had to call the main customer service number to get any type of help at all. Dont use these people.

It's too bad you can only rate up to 5 stars because Devon gave me 10 star service saved me hundreds but most importantly talked and treated me like a person and not just a number, thanks man!! Now Farmer's is getting ALL of my insurance needs met including my home and other policies, just awesome ?

I called several times to cancel cov e rage. No return call. Thru texting with corporate they only canceled my umbrella policy. I never indicated that was the only policy to cancel. A return phone call would have helped clarify.

Took out full coverage Auto and Home with Chris Castanza, then before policy took effect, hidden charges were found. I then called to cancel the policy, signed their paperwork to cancel/void the policy. After that, I was ignored, refused to answer my calls or return messages for my refund of Premium. After 14 days, I had to call Corporate Offices in California to complain about the efforts to keep my Premium and not refund, by Mr. Castanza and Farmers...Eventually Farmers Corporate offices refunded me, and I have still never heard a reply from Mr. Castanza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!! If you ask to cancel, Chris Castanza will put in for your cancellation next year losing you all sorts of money. Thankfully Farmers is not as shady as Chris is. Also thankfully I sent an email request to Chris and showed Farmers corporate so they backdated it and paid me accordingly.

I currently use them for renters insurance, and while I've had no issues that needed a claim yet, I've been happy with their professionalism and the monthly cost to carry it.
