Prior authorization patients don't matter go to local pharmacy where people can do their job correctly.

For about the last 2 years every time I have gone to pick up a prescription there has been an issue. Even after receiving a text saying the prescription is ready, it has not been.
Be prepared to wait, several times I have left the doctors office, returned to work and stopped by here on my way home thinking surely my prescription will be ready, but usually they will tell me in 2-3 hours it will be ready.
Most recently, after being discharged from the hospital after surgery I received the text that my prescription for pain was ready while at the hospital, yet when we arrived they said they’d have it ready by 6pm (which was 4 more hours away).
I have another round of prescriptions that we go over every month that my insurance won’t cover, and every month they say “i’ll put a note in there for next time” and next time it gets denied.
I told them I’m going out of town and my prescription is due for a refill while I’m gone and I will run out while on vacation. And they told me they can’t refill it that early even though according to the prescription I should be able to refill it 12 days ago, and they can have it done about 2 hours after my plane takes off on the day I leave.
This place is a joke. The pharmacists think they are the only place in town, the assistants have consistently been rude, made comments that they have no business making about either the prescription I’m on or how I’ll be paying for it or the cost of it without insurance. I used this one because it was 24 hour before Covid and then out of habit after that. I’ve already contacted my doctors office to see if it’s possible to transfer my prescriptions otherwise I’ll switch it when these are up.

I’ve been in belton since I was 14 and I swear every year the depreciation is so real.
I’ve been waiting four hours for a simple med filled that was sent over at 4pm. It’s 8pm. Gave them the correct number to contact, called the pharmacist at 430 just to verify and told them how it important it was. Took a pregnant nap after waiting so long and still no call no text no email no nothing. I wake up to see it’s 8:15 and of course everyone left already. The customer service at the pharmacy is trash.

I've gone to this pharmacy for years but I've about had it. Ever since COVID their service has just gone into the toilet! They don't post when they are going to lunch. I waited 30 min in the drive thru for an Rx because I had frozen and cold things in the car. I finally get up to the window and they close the shade and say they are going to lunch. I'm like What the H****..... I couldn't believe that they wouldn't at least post their hours or post signs in the drive thru of their hours. And, they let people stay in line taking FOREVER to help people. I live 20 mi away one way and so I had to wait an hour to get my Rx.
They used to be 24hrs, now they are barely even open normal hours during the week. They constantly send annoying texts unrelated to my Rx. Some people don't like getting texts for everything. Sick and tired of the way they treat their customers. I will be taking my Rx's to Hy-Vee. They have a drive thru and have MUCH better service!
I rarely buy things in the store because everything is way over priced. There is never anyone in the store to ask questions much less check you out, so why bother. It's a matter of time before CVS goes out of business at this rate.

Do not buy propane tanks here. I’ve had to RE exchange 3 full tanks that wouldn’t work. Without any compensation. This CVS sucks.

Clean well lit building. Interior -Carpets have gum stuck to them and the carpet is looking soiled. Handicap parking slots, handicap access. Restrooms available. Went in for a prescription. Staff was fast and friendly.

This pharmacy has the rudest people I have ever seen.. The pharmacy doesn't want to help you at all. They are very degrading and make you feel like you are incompetent.. will be moving to another pharmacy. Absolutely horrible customer service..Maybe corporate should send in mystery shoppers to see first hand how that pharmacy is.. and don't even think of asking help with good Rx for cheaper prescriptions because that would be effort to help your customers.

I call on Saturday due to Covid exposure. My script will be ready on Monday. Today is Tuesday. I have to go inside because they can't staff the drive thru. Oh , we're sorry it's not ready. Would you like to wait 10 minutes??? WTF!!! No I wouldn't! Screw that! So now I have to make another trip while I'm supposed to be isolating. Great fuck..... job

Awful experience. Got medicine for my eye infection turning to blindness sent on Friday, and waited 2 hrs for it to be received at the CVS. They let me know they have no record of the prescription being sent, though I have the proof of the medication being sent from my doc. Now it’s Monday and I have an appointment to look at my blindness. For the sake of your health and sanity, choose a different pharmacy.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My company require us to use CVS. My son had surgery, the pharmacy is 4-5 days behind, and I can’t get him pain relief.
