Bretta has been amazing and super sweet everytime we see her. She always has a positive energy and is upbright about everything. Her customer service is awesome and she goes out of her way to help anyone with anything. She is pretty helpful, Knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Deserves a 5 star review! :)

I gave it a one star for cricket it self. Service sucks. No branch people can explain why we can't us services inside our house. We used to before. But once we step outside our house we get service. I am not the only customer has this problem and excuses from cricket branches is the tower and it isn't. The customer service and tec over the phone have no clue what your talking about. This feels targeted. No one can explain why 2 years ago we had wonderful service inside our house and starting sometime last year we had no service inside the house. If this doesn't get resolved we are forced to look at a different carriers.
