The owners of Cragg motors are great people. I felt comfortable and I found the car that I wanted and at a great price. All of the dealerships that I went to were so expensive. This is one of the best places to buy a vehicle. I would shop here again. Thank you.

I came out to test drive a Chevy Volt (hybrid) and ended up buying a Chevy Bolt for the same price after tax credits. I totally love the car, and I couldn't have imagined getting a deal this good on a great electric car in this inflated market. Ken and Kim were super flexible, gave great info to help me not fall for scams out there in the market (watch out for lemon buyback titles!), and even put new tires on this car before I bought it. They also taught me about tax credits for used EVs that made this electric car with 25k miles on it as cheap as a hybrid with 107k miles on it. This is an honest company with a great selection of electric cars and others. Go check them out and test drive a Chevy Bolt right now!

Ken and Kim were amazing to work with and talk to, they were very informative and honest. Great prices and selection of vehicles. We came in for a certain vehicle we saw online, but left with a beautiful 2021 BMW X3. I highly recommend Cragg Motors if you are looking for a quality vehicle and a no hassle, zero pressure dealership! A++++

Highest marks for Ken and Kim Cragg. I bought a 2002 Toyota Tacoma from them in June 2023 for my son a college (his first vehicle) with 61k miles (all in CA, 100k below average), no weirdness at all, and no rust;) I was skeptical as we all know Facebook Marketplace insanity and the stories of horrible auto dealers. I'm also an engineer so I am pretty demanding, especially on things that depreciate over time. They were very upfront, had 2 mechanic inspections prior to their purchase, gave me a full "spotless" Carfax report, and allowed me to drive the truck to my mechanic. He said it was a "gem" and definitely buy it. I'm glad I did as they had 2 others waiting for me to say no thanks...When my daughter's car died at college just 4 months later (ahhh!) I spoke with Kim. They had a single-owner Honda CRV SE AWD with 116k miles. It did have some rust (it was from IL) but my mechanic also okayed it. My daughter is SO happy to have it. Again they gave me full disclosure, the Carfax report, and even offered to refund my deposit if I was not sure.Next time I need a used car from someone I can trust, I will call Cragg Motors.

I traded my 2017 Chevy Volt Plug-in Hybrid for an All-Electric 2017 Chevy Bolt. I had to go all the way to Cragg Motors in Belton Missouri to find one. It has a brand new battery and battery warranty so I'm SUPER HAPPY. I felt at home the second I walked in their door. I can see why they have a great reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you want a nice Electric Car!

Mr. and Mrs. Cragg own and run the business. He only picks cars that he wants to sell. He sets a fair and no hassle price. Great communication. The antithesis of the stereotypic used car salesman. He will also work to find cars for buyer (with deposit). I am very happy with our purchase (2012 Lexus ES350 with <51K miles). I would highly recommend.

Since I was a kid my family has bought cars from Ken at Cragg Motors. Starting with our family car growing up, my sister's car, my car (that I’ve had and loved since 2014) and now my fiancés truck. Along the way we have sent multiple friends here as well. They have amazing quality cars for a great price. You can truly tell they are passionate about providing the best cars for their customers. If I could rate them more starts I would!
