We come here often and generally have a great time, but tonight we had a really great interaction with an employee named Gio. He was super polite and friendly and made our experience really great. Three cheers for Gio!

9/12/24 @ 9:45am- I ran into Philip as he was putting meat out and asked for some help in choosing a good porkchop for my Ramen nooooodles. He recommended this choice cut of smoked tenderloin that I think will really do what I was looking for. But it was frozen and I needed something meow.
So as I waited I noticed these bourbon cuts, I had to have em. So I got em.
Carol chimed in and let me know the proper heat and time it would take for the frozen meat. (Kudos ma'am, thank you) I typically just burn my food and cut off the unwanted, hopefully by Carol's standards I make a proper meal!
That you pricechopper meat department, my family would be mad at me without your help.

If you are black please avoid this store. I was being watched and followed from the moment my children and I entered the store. Not by the employees, but by the security guard. I do not steal, I do not need to steal. He saw my children and I walking towards the self checkout area and decided to come and stand directly in front of us the entire time. It honestly felt like he was trying to intimidate my children and I. Very disappointing... Hy-Vee would never!
