I have used Dr. Weyman and Cass county animal Hospital for many years and he has always been caring and thorough. Kelly also cares for my pets as if they were own. They are kind and caring.

My puppy chihuahua Simon needed cherry eye surgery and needed to get neutered. It’s been about a month now and he has healed up nicely. Thanks to everyone who has helped.

Lady who answers the phone is very rude and wouldnt even give me a chance to speak. Hung up the phone before i could respond. I understand we all have bad days, but dont work a job that involves talking to people if you cant be an adult and talk with respect.

Dr. Wayman and his staff do such a great job. Truly invested in your animals health and best interest. This is my 2nd dog he has seen. Been 28 years total

Personally, I like Dr. Wayman. He is a good man, but I'm not so sure he is in tune with how horrible the customer service is. Very rude receptionist. Needed an ASAP visit (been a regular customer for 2 years) because my dog is injured and needed care. Nope. Wouldn't say "please bring him in asap and we will get him better", no empathy and not even a question asking what's wrong with him! Spent plenty of money there, too. Billing dropped the ball on sending my pet's info to my dog's health insurance company (cost me some money), tried to get records...nothing at all. No call backs unless I missed one appointment, shocked if I get an email back. Sorry, Dr Wayman...it's not personal it's about service.

The lady who answers the phone is rude. She didn't even let me finish asking what I was going to ask before she cut me off with an attitude and was raising her voice.If you read most of your bad reviews, they are about the lady receptionist. Yes, she was rude and raised her voice. I was not aware of your policy about not getting information about an animal. It was a stray. I was just concerned and was wanting to check on her.

My name is Cindy, my husband and I had an emergency with our little black Pomeranian. We stopped by Dr.Waymans office and he and his staff got us in right away. So caring and professional. I highly recommend Cass County Animal Hospital. Thank you for all that you did to save my little dog! She’s doing great❣️we will be back with our other dogs as well.
