They think it's appropriate to prep their reach in self serve warmer food and tell an already paid customer it will be 20 plus minutes for their food. I understand after being amongst individuals like this as to why people lose their cool on one another.

The girls working had no idea or could figure out how to use hyvee rewards for gas They called their manager she accused me of already pumping my gas which I had not, she had no idea how to use my rewards either. She screamed and yelled at me in front of all the other customers after she gave me my money back as I requested! The worst service!!!! Gross and disgusting at 7 pm. Will definitely call cooperate in the morning SMH

I love going to this Casey's when Tracey works there. She always make sure it's hot food available or even when we order it be on point. Clean, great customer service. There is a few others that are great but not like her she goes above and beyond building that customer relationship with me and my family.

Third screw up and I am done! I used to like this Casey's but the last three visits for gas using reward points turned into a nightmare.each time the pump shuts off when I have 40 points or more and try getting a manager to actually come out of the office and assist. not happening she will only yell through the store or have a new employee tell you theres nothing that she can do. never going there again. I would rather drive 20/minutes out of my way than patronage that hick store again

You need more staff in the mornings. There is always only 1 slow cashier. You have good breakfast product but I don't go there because it is to slow. I gave it another try today and 7 people in front of me waiting to check out.

I love Casey's and pick Casey's over Quick trip anytime but this Casey's in Belton is TERRIBLE! Most the employees are not friendly nor are they helpful and most of them seem like they're tweaking hardcore. They rarely have hot and fresh pizza in the pizza warmers to grab and if you ask about when they'll have more, they get hateful. I'm just really disappointed in this Casey's. I see all the negative reviews too which leads me to believe that management is well aware of the issues but nothing is changing. I guess I'll have to start hitting up QT instead.

I usually have the worst luck with my pizza when the girls are cooking, I called to see if the good cooks were there and Kevin said he’d make my pizza himself. He did not disappoint! Pizza is hot and loaded! Thank you Kevin!

Casey’s BeltonClean well lit facility. Competitive gas price. I understand this is their new prototype store. Nice layout.Got a drink and a candy bar and watched the staff be rude to the person in front of me. Taking the experience from a 5 star to a 3.

For the first time at any gas station that I have been to in all of the KC Metro I get charged a $150.00 pre-authorization at a pump. Let’s pretend this is somehow normal yet it has never happened to me. At $2.43 for a gallon of unleaded my tank would have to be 61.7 gallons. The national average fuel tank size is 10.8 to 18.5 gallons so on the extreme end let’s say 25 gallons at $2.43 which is approx. $61 so this is double that. When I asked, I get told it can take up to 4 hours for the money to be released and that this is normal but yet again this has never happened before. I tested this down the street at QuickTrip with another vehicle and this did not happen. Same card. Same bank. This is a warning that if you intend to get gas here that you should pay in cash or better yet simply avoid getting gas at Casey’s General Store.
