Everyone was super friendly and helpful! My car was done almost a week earlier than expected. They kept me informed every few days on the status of the repair. And they even wiped down and vacuumed the inside of my car when I picked it up!

Danielle and Kendall were very kind today in helping me with an issue with my headlights. I'd had them replaced by Firestone, but they weren't pointed correctly. Caliber took care of that free of charge! Thanks so much!

I took my car to Caliber for some hail repair.1. Scheduling was a breeze, the lady at the front desk (Nancy) was great at getting me checked in and getting me a schedule for the work done.2. The work was done as expected, the bonus was how clean the car looked when I picked it up. I was not expecting that!! What a bonus!!I highly reccomend Caliber for auto hail repair!

My experience couldn't have been better. Danielle and the team made my unfortunate accident into a seamless process. From the time they did the estimate to having it fixed was roughly 3 weeks. I was fortunate enough to have a rental car provided to me through insurance and Danielle made sure that I had transportation to the rental car place and when it was time to pick up my vehicle all I had to do was drop off my rental with them and they would return it. I received daily messages on the progress of my vehicle and my car was even done ahead of schedule. I hope to never been in the position again that my car needs body work but if it does I will 100% be back.

Outstanding service! I took my vehicle in with some front damage. They had to store my vehicle for a little over a week. They perfectly communicated with me throughout the whole process. My claim was through my insurance company and Caliber Collision made the entire process easy and smooth. Thank you to the team and especially Danielle! The workmanship is excellent, the office expectations and requirements however fall far short and border on unethical. I have a 20 year old vehicle and at the time of the estimate certain items were known to be needed. Insurance made payment on July 5, Caliber contacted me on the 10th to confirm the appointment "so they could order parts". When I arrived on the 31st of July for my appointment no parts had been ordered. This significantly delayed the repairs by the same timeframe that they had payment and procured no parts. This was further delayed by not removing thought to be good items from the parts being replaced to be used on the replacement parts until the day that they needed the part. The repairs were completed on August 22, 23 days after Caliber received the vehicle. I did not need a rental car but in their agreement it states that Caliber is not responsible for delays in the event additional parts are needed, however the parts that they knew were needed were the primary source of the delays and should have been ordered before my appointment date since payment was made 20 days before my appointment date. If you require a rental I would do your due diligence or you could be stuck with a hefty rental car fee. Holding the payment for 20 days and doing nothing is a questionable business practice in my view and the additional car rental expense, should my insurance been paying for a rental car, would have been passed on to the customers at the time of insurance renewal. Caliber did not act in the best interest of my time nor the best interest of the insurance company. I repeat, the workmanship of the repair is excellent. Caliber is free to contact me if they believe any of the above information to be untrue.Services: Painting
