Went to bank to cash a check. They charged me an 8 dollars, check cashing fee. This is not a good way to do business or attract new business. This is sad.

Have called multiple times for 2 days and no one answers the phone. Recording gives you a website address to "schedule an appointment" and that is a bad web address. Glad I bank somewhere else. Wish I could get our boss to switch as well!

I have called four different Bank of America Branches this morning. Several times at each location. And no one has yet to answer the darn phone. This is really ridiculous that you cannot speak to anyone at this bank. I am glad I am not a Bank of America account holder.

If you don't have an account with them they charge you at least $8.00 to cash one of their own checks!

Google hours show open until 2pm and n Saturday, called the phone number to confirm business hours and automated message also said 2pm Saturday.We drove 45 minutes to our nearest location and the door is locked and hours on door show noon. We are very frustrated.

I recently went to the bank and withdrew 2300 from my account . They Bank Teller handed me a fake 100 dollar bill . It’s crazy that they would even have that in the bank !

Dont trust a word anyone behind a desk says. Call the 1-800 number instead. It's the only way to have assurance that things get done.

I went in 10 minutes before close and made a withdrawal to fill a cash register - all different bills, different quantities, paper and coins. I was blown away with the professionalism and speed. They could charge money for the impressive display of talent that I witnessed while the teller counted up the money. I was heading back to my car 5 minutes before close. Count me as impressed.

The bank does not cash checks written on the accounts opened at this Bank I'm going to request everyday until it happens that my employer move there 12 million business to a legitimate Bank
