We didn’t have high hopes coming in today as we’ve had bad service here several times before but Ben was great helped us with an issue and was friendly and courteous.

Joyce the customer service rep in store was excellent and very helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure my new phone was properly set up.

We had a very pleasant experience in the store. Were greeted immediately and was finished in no time. We also had fun in there with the people. The Lady went through my account, tweaked a few things and found me a discount with AARP.
