“The name of this place should be Dales Custom Auto Services- towing, repair, marriage saver and miracle workers. It was a mere minutes after my husband called me to say my car was making a weird noise to the wheels literally falling off. I told my husband not to drive it as soon as the noise happened but hey what do I know! We are not from around here, my husband was halfway home from a long work commute, no idea who to call. A sheriffs deputy recommended this place as they tow and repair. I was nervous because I didn’t want to be taken advantage of.They were beyond kind to my husband. They arrived quickly to tow us. The owner fit us into the schedule. They were even concerned about my husband having somewhere to go since he was away from home. They got us fixed up the next day and we had clear communication so everyone was on the same page and we all knew what to expect. My car has never driven smoother. We are a new young family and it really takes a community and the service we received was that of family. We can never thank y’all enough and appreciate you so much for fixing my car. I love my car- My first “big girl” purchase, it has been everywhere with me and I brought my baby home in the car, she doesn’t look like much but she means something to me. It truly means so much and I can’t believe how well the car drives.My only complaint is I wish we were closer, but hopefully we will only ever have to visit in the future.”
