I love our little Post office; we are so fortunate in our small town to have a post office, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a filling station, a hardware store, an autoparts store, a mechanic, a towing service, restaurants, ice cream shops, frozen custard, and so much more-all right here! I utilize the services at the post office often and am in and out of the customer service area on routine basis. Paulette is always very kind; she helps me with doors if I need it and is efficient and responsible.They have large responsibilities working at the post office and they don’t have a whole lot of help and they handle a LOT of mail. I love our small community; and I think that people in our community do a great job making it a friendly and desirable place so that others can see and enjoy our town either when they’re here visiting others or if they move here. I feel we have a 5 star post office and commend them for the difficult jobs they do.

Came to pickup a small package held for pickup (that could have been in a lock box and would have avoided all of this) when the older post master was in the back speaking with someone. No problem, I’ll wait. After I few minutes, she was still chatting. I thought maybe she didn’t see/hear me come in. So I learned to the side where I made eye contact with her, and she continued her conversation. Once her conversation ended, she came to her computer and sat down to type something and didn’t get up until she heard someone else come in through the door. She finally acknowledged me by saying “Yeah?” I said “I’m here for a package pickup.” Then told her my P.O. Box number. She replied “When you tell me you have a package pickup I don’t know what you mean. I have a lot of packages for pickup.” Now, It could be a coincidence; I could have caught her on a bad day, but this attitude is very well known in town, so maybe everyday is a bad day. PRETTY big coincidence.

PostMaster Paulette is ABSOLUTLEY NASTY to anyone that comes in the door.
All the carriers are great! Kathy is great!
If the postal service doesn't do something with Paulette, we will lose our little post office because no one will go in there if they have to deal with her!?

Never had any issues in the post office and any issues with delivery to my home have been addressed at the time. Only reason for 4 star is because it does take a long time to get stuff. I've gotten letters dated 3 weeks prior! I'm guessing that's out of their control, though.

Asking a simple question is met with rudeness. Your an employee, your job is to help people with their mail not make sinpy remarks. How is it a person keeps a job when there are like this?

This place is horrible rude employees when they are actually there what kind of a place closes for 2 hours in the middle of the day I'd rather drive to owensville to get my mail

Worst post office ever they go to brake at 12:30pm and come back at 2pm I went at 2:20pm thinking they would be there and ya they was there but the door was still locked and it is always like this I am just so sick of it

THIS IS A TERRIBLE TERRIBLE POST OFFICE! I ORDERED AN EXPENSIVE IPHONE ONLINE ON AMAZON, AND WHEN IT CAME IN THE LADIES HELD IT FROM ME! THEY HOLD MAIL FROM PEOPLE JUST TO BE MEAN BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE YOU! ECSPECIALLY WHEN IT'S AN IMPORTANT ITEM!

I've been to the Belle, MO post office many times as I used to have a business in Bland, the next town over. It is your typical small town post office. Not very many people work there but the ones who do are friendly and helpful. Today I just dropped off. I'm sure I'll be back next time I'm in town.

If I am mailing something and want it to get there in less than a week, I drive to the Rolla or Owensville post office.I mailed a package to Little Rock last October (2020) that was never received.I mailed Christmas cards the first week of December. Some were not received until February.I started paying bills online because I would get them after the due date.This either needs to be addressed or shut it down.
