“If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys are the TRUTH! Not only are the prices the cheapest I've seen, but they are professional and FAST FAST! My first visit took under 15 minutes to get a tire off, fixed, and put back on. But this 2nd visit yall I gave my name and payment and they was done with fixing my tire!!! Not even 5 minutes!!! Now if that isn't EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I don't know what is!! Oh and it's a drive thru yall. It just doesn't get better than that! Holla at these men and support this business! It'll be worth it!!”

“Had some braking issues in my pathfinder and didn't want to just start replacing parts (this is what other shops wanted to do). They stopped the leak, adjusted them, put in a new master cylinder, and tightened up a couple of things I forgot to even mention to them. “This was on my bucket list of places to go in St. Louis as a car enthusiast. Great car museum but I was disappointed that I didn't get to see the Lamborghini Diablo there ???, but there were some cool cars here. It was worth the visit. If you're a car guy, I would recommend going here. There are a few places in St. Louis looks like this, such as : Fast Lane Classic Cars, RP Exotic, Hyman Ltd., and Daniel Schmitt & Co. “This is the best place for car repairs; they are thoughtful, thorough, , polite, and they communicate well. They have loaner cars to use, or they will often drop you off or pick you up as needed. Today, I broke down on the side of the highway (to no fault of theirs) and I called them. They recommended a tow truck service (Asset Towing-which was also wonderful) and they said they would get me in right away. I borrowed one of their cars, and a few hours later I saw my car pull into my work. The owner came in, explained what was wrong, did not charge me for the fix, and reimbursed me for my tow! Sometimes people really can be kind. Boy, I needed that today! THANK YOU!”

“Miguel(sales) and Gary(finance) were incredible. The lot was clean/easy to navigate, every staff interaction was polite, kind and patient. Waiting area was fully stocked with beverages/food items and provided ample seating. No four squares, desk manager stepping in, forceful sales tactics, holding points or push on the back end. Very pleased with the integrity dealerships are displaying nowadays. Ultimately left in my vehicle of choice with a lower interest rate, shorter term & payments where I intended them. “Every time we’ve brought a vehicle into Spirit One, we’re always confident in the work they’re performed or advice we’ve been given. This time it’s an old farm truck needing inspections for plate renewal (and a windshield wiper and to plug a slow leaking tire) but it won’t pass the emissions inspection because of an engine light. Dave found a workaround regarding the few miles we put on it a year. It’s a mileage exemption that if it’s driven less than 12k over two years it doesn’t require the emissions inspection - ours has only been driven about 6K over two years! If Dave had not found this, we would have had to replace the transmission, no older inexpensive ones to be found, or parked it for a year and a half waiting for it to be 26 years old for the emissions exemption. Dave saved the day, month and year for us!”
