If you need a part, and you need to ask if they have it, good luck! First you have to make it through the automated phone system, and then once you get somebody, they'll make zero effort to see if they have the part, and you can't walk out to see if they have the part.

This place is slow as ever. I called them before I came and still had to wait over an hour for the simplest thing. Should have only taken 15 minutes tops. Especially when I was the only one in there the whole time.

I bought a motor from them mechanic found the timing chain was broke, I called and told Glen and he agrued with me about it being broke. When the person I had return it they accused me of prying on the timing chain till it broke ( even though there was metal shavings in the head.) The person that went for me went to get the money and hetried to short him 400. So I considered them very dishonest.

Called to check on an alternator for my 2008 Chevy Cobalt Sport 2.4L Fl DOHC. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!I asked repeatedly for him to verify if he had the correct one for my specific model/motor, and he insisted they only manufactured 1 type of radiator for 08 Cobalts! Despite my best efforts to explain to and inform him they they did infact make multiple types for 08 Cobalts (there's two for the 2.2L, one for the 2.0L and two for the 2.4L- one for the regular 2.4L and one for the 2.4L FI....) Each one either mounts to the engine differently and/or has a different plug style, he refused to listen, refused to look it up. Just kept saying they had one and there was only one option. Stated he'd been "doing this for 20 years, he knew what he was talking about" when I stated I had been doing mechanicing for close to 30 years, as my daddy was a master mechanic and he started me young, and that I continue to do all of my own mechanic work, & he could call the mfg'r and verify if he didn't believe me, he told me that I could go find my alternator elsewhere if I was going to tell him he's wrong, or come get the only one that they made for 08 Cobalts which he had there!! Then hung up on me!!Was not not disrespectful when my husband or brother called in to inquire about it however. (I am a female)

I've ordered parts from Mullins on multiple occasions over the last year and a half and was never disappointed in any aspect of his service until today. One of my favorite things about Mullins is parts are usually delivers earlier than promised. The part I purchased has proven to be defective but he insisted I ordered the wrong part, and that our technicians misdiagnosed the issue. I trust my technicians 110% however things happen and I always investigate every possibility, especially when requesting credit from a parts supplier. After a painful long and heated conversation on Glen's part he agreed to take the return and provide credit. I'm left disappointed with a terrible taste in my mouth. Especially since I'm looking at a transmission that I purchased from Mullins just the week before. This is a very sad day in business when a good relationship is lost over nonsense. Had Glen explained calmly that he did not feel at fault and wouldn't provide credit, I may not have been happy but I would've understood, and we could've moved on.

they made me wait told me to wait till the next morning till they pull the part after i paid 125$ and they said it would be ready by the morning here i am in the afternoon never got a call to pick it up

They have definitely it's been a lifesaver and got me the rim or starter and parts that I needed on the fly for an amazing cheap price and they worked I'm worth directly as described. Whenever I'm not buying new That's where I go. And I do recommend it to all my friends Love you both who don't have the money to go new.
