  I have to compliment ***** at the Rochelle, Illinois Verizon store, for his great patience and skill at retrieving the data on my phone, stuck in a continuous loop for 18 hours.   Didnt like the service with ********* ******* ***** Couldnt even help me get my pictures transferred to new phone. Told me I needed to go to the Apple store.
