I called and needed a 500lbs propane tank delivery and filled. They refused to lease a tank because they said a trailer won't use enough gas to justify it. Obviously they don't understand how horribly not insulated a trailer is! Currently I go through 2 30lbs containers a week when it's cold between the furnace and cook stove running.

Such an amazing company! A great family owned business with impeccable service, great prices, and super user friendly! Their website makes the process flawless but if you are the type that prefers to handle things over the phone or in person those routes are very simple as well! They have an awesome pre-buy program that makes budgeting for the winter months so much easier. I cannot say enough about how happy we have been with Salley's. We used one of the bigger name companies in the past because it was already set up at our house but man do we regret not having the tanks switched out sooner! Brien and another gentleman came out and switched our tanks and took his time and made sure the location was perfect and then each time we have had our tank filled they have been so conducive to our time and make sure we get propane asap!

Salley’s has hands down the best customer service and responsiveness. The administrators at the office are friendly and helpful. The service technician Jeremy was helpful, friendly and professional. Prices are fair for a cold snap in December. They got out to my house within a couple days, they called on the way and we’re on time. Will definitely use their service again.

Love salleys propaneIn July 1st they have prebuy. So I call to see prices for the yr. You must purchase a minimum of 250 gal an they will tell you the price per gallon. It goes to Sept sometime. Pre buy is the way to go. It saves a ton. I have already purchased my gas for nxt yr. The first few days are the cheapest as time goes on the price gets higher till Sept then they stop precut in Sept.An can also fill bbq tanks at salleys. We use salleys a lot winter an summer for bbq refills. I've got my gas bought for year how bout you.I save a little a month an in July 1 rolls around I have enough to purchase 250 gal. Or more.

Last week, during the bitter cold snap of 2021, our outbuilding propane levels dropped drastically from 50% to 11%. We called Salley’s and they told us that they were only filling 200 gallons to get everyone through, but they would get to as quickly as possible, but before that weekend (this was Wednesday). They came out around 5pm SAME DAY which helped ensure our building contents wouldn’t freeze, as we were critically low. Although an outbuilding is not a necessity as one’s heat in their home, I believe they treat every residential and commercial customer the same. We will be using them for years to come! Thank you!

We live in a motor home in a RV park and have called them three times for propane. Now, to be fair, they would prefer that you drive over and fill up your RV at their place like all the other propane companies. However, this place is especially rude on the phone about it. Their so bad that most RV parks avoid using them for long term services. Go find somewhere else an pass this one by!
