I love this post office. I sell stuff online and normally go in a few times a week to drop off packages. The ladies that help me are always super fast and friendly. This location usually isn’t too busy either.

So we stop in a parking lot for a quick bite and to watch the eclipse. In a back corner. The lot was not marked as post office parking. 10 minutes before totality, the guy comes boiling out and informs us very rudely, and I quote, "Is this your vehicle?" Yes " You all pack up and git out of here. You can't stay here, this is private, government property, you can not park here leave immediately! Just pick up your stuff and git!!" Very rude and nasty. Luckily we were able to get to another parking lot a couple minutes down the road before totality.

I've never had any issues at this location. Both of the people I've spoken with and who have handled my business when I've went in have both been very nice. And this includes to a person who was in front of me 1 day that annoyed me because she kept being difficult to the worker but he kept his composer and stayed professional and polite to her.

Do not use this post office if you are handicapped. It is an old building with multiple steps to access the front door. It looks completely inaccessible for someone with a walker or wheelchair. However, I did find that if you go along the right side of the building, you can get to a ramp, but then you have to walk a long way to get around to the doors. I never would have found that access (it isn't marked on the front of the building) if I didn't need to turn my van around. I haven't been in this building since before I had mobility issues. But every time my husband gets back in the car after picking up a package or whatever, he's alway mumbling "Idiots!" or "Still idiots" when he gets back in the car. So, I'm guessing the customer service has not improved since the previous review.
