“I brought in my 2021 Jeep Renegade "Baby Blue" due to a deer strike on the passenger side back in November. I had hired them to repair the SUV recently. I am beyond impressed at their quality and craftsmanship. I am beyond blessed to have a locally owned company repair my vehicle back to new condition. To save them time, the aftermarket parts are agreed upon. I will replace this spring. They did an amazing job. Also, the interior was deep cleaned and absolutely impressed.

“At first, a couple of stars at best. This was due to issues with the battery size that their system stated fit my old vehicle to include a run to another AutoZone near by for the supposed correct battery. None fit as they should, either to big or to small.
Needless to say, Chris (Store Manager) went above and way beyond not only to measure probably every damn battery in her store but her awesome personality made all the prior issues not matter any longer.
Chris, thank you for the exceptional customer service which seems to be lost nowadays (I know, I sound old) but keep up the awesome job!

“I’ve purchased 2 vehicles. A 2014 f150 last year then today a 2015 Dodge Journey for my wife. She has less than perfect credit and a strict budget. She told them what she had as a down payment and what she wanted a payment at. To my shock and surprise they got her financed $50 over what she wanted to pay which was much better than what it started out at. They even took her beat up Yukon with transmission problems in on trade. The moral of the story is. If you have credit issues and you are seriously trying. Have a steady income and need a car go see them. We used Frank and he was awesome. If they don’t have what you want they will find something that will work for you. We used the Bonne Terre location both times. Do yourself a favor before you give up and give them a chance to help.”

“Exceptional service as well as repairs. I was hit by a school bus, leaving my vehicle drivable but the front end was scratched and dented badly. The left headlight was broken as well. I took my vehicle in and they were extremely helpful with the estimate and through the repairs. They let me know halfway through the repairs they were struggling to find a part they needed to attach the new bumper to my car. They even contacted my insurance adjuster and had them extend my rental car because of the delay on the part. All around exceptional repairs and service.Services: Painting”

She recommended another place to try and provided me the number.I called the other location and was put on hold while they got to their desk to help me. While on hold I got a call back from E&J, so I answered.Turned out that they did have the part I needed on a vehicle that had come in and she was not aware of before.The price was reasonable and the ladies in the office were friendly, professional and helpful. The part was pulled and brought to the office and even helped me put it on the truck (tail light).Cell phone signal was pretty weak out there but the service more than made up for that. “Needed a brake pad hardware kit to replace a broken clip. The store didn't have a separate hardware kit in stock to fit my vehicle, so they opened a box of brake pads and sold me just the bag of hardware from it. They could have insisted that I buy the entire brake pad kit, but they didn't, which helped me get my car back on the road quickly for minimal expense. I really appreciate it!”
