Wife and I bought a car from here in the spring. It was missing a part in the front of the grill that the seller said they would fix. They ordered the part and when they installed it they realized it required an additional piece. They said they'd get that in and call us to finish the work. Months have gone by and no follow up call. We've tried to contact them and got no response. Then 2 weeks after the 3 month warranty is up the transmission goes out and we have to spend $7k to fix it. Now the alternator is bad and we have to fix that. We will be spending more on repairs for this car then what we paid for it. Be very cautious from buying here and used cars like this.

Claimed the vehicle I was test driving had 4 brand tires. It had 4 different, very used tires that were drivable but ultimately all needed to be replaced. Lost interest immediately and won't return. Maybe he had a bad day but lying or trying to be shady about a blatantly obvious issue is unprofessional. He got mad and increased the listed price from 6900 to 8000. I wasn't upset about the tires, merely noted they were worn when asked by the owner how I felt after a test drive. Won't return

So far, so good. I bought an older pickup here the first of September. I felt that the price was fair, the vehicle was in appropriate condition for its age and for the price. The salesman, Eddie, was truthful and helpful. I had been searching for a couple of months for a very specific engine, transmission, and cab, and this one fit the bill. Having driven almost four hours to see the vehicle, I was pleased that 314 accurately represented the vehicle and that Eddie was willing to work with me. Thanks 314 Auto!.

I have to be honest it’s very rare to find some one who sells cars that is so professional and genuine! Me and my girlfriend bought a convertible Sebring from Eddie last week and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Not pushy no rushing us he let us test drive the car as much as we wanted answered every question and was very professional and Accommodating. When we bought the car he told us if there were any problems to call him he would take care of it which is something they all say. Only difference is he actually means what he says. We took the car in and found out it needed tire rods they guy was going to charge us 200, we called Eddie and he told us he would take care of it all which he didn’t have to do. This guy is the real deal very genuine And very honest I would recommend any one to buy a car from Eddie you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Eddie great job!

Bought a car on 3/24 I bought the 2008 dodge avenger..was by far the best experience I've had buying a car...on my way home on purchase date a few lights popped on Eddie got me in the next day to diagnose and fix..after I picked up car on my way home a few of the same lights popped on Eddie didnt hesitate one moment in having me bring my car back to get it fixed without charging me! I was skeptical at first because you always hear horror stories of small business selling cars but eddie is 100% honest and fair and is more than willing to go above and beyond to fix and repair any issues that popped up with my car! I will definitely recommend/return for future services/ repairs or to even buy another vehicle..very happy with my car and the customer service I've received!

This man, Eddie sold us a car that was wrecked and made to look perfect on the outside but falling apart underneath. Check engine light came on shortly after we purchased. When we took it to the dealer they told us we were scammed. We purchased the car for $6450.00. It is going to cost $4000-6000 to fix. It needs an entire new wiring harness and new AC unit because it was wrecked so hard in the front end and basically glued back together so that it would run for a short time(while we test drove and drove it off the lot) then fall apart shortly after. The only thing Eddie is willing to offer is is for him to look at it. But he is telling us he is not a mechanic so I’m not sure what he would do. We ha e had 2 state licensed mechanics look at the car. The other mechanic says there is too much damage that they are unable to fix it. Do not big a car from this man. The second shop we took our car to is telling us they have heard of multiple issues with Eddie and that he is not honest. We found that out the hard way.

We met Eddie last year and have had a couple great experiences with him. He’s an honest, kind, all around good guy! A while back, in general conversation, he offered to help my husband replace the front fender of our Durango. Fast forward about six months. We dropped in at his shop to see if he would still be willing to help work on our fender. He didn’t hesitate. It was done the same day. After spending a couple hours of his time helping my husband, he tried to pay him for his help. He refused. He would not take the money. These are the kind of people my husband andI like to deal with. We will absolutely refer him to friends, and do business with him again. It’s been a pleasure getting to know him.And to the people leaving horrible, false reviews. Come on guys. You know that’s just wrong. This man and his business don’t deserve that kind of negativity. 1 person had an issue, and he was willing to try and make it right. Shame on you..Thanks again Eddie! Place sells wrecked cars and when the customer finds out they been sold a piece of junk refuses to make it right and have it repaired at certified location...if your buying a car for a loved one then i would look elsewhere since this place obviously does not care and will not do what it takes to make it right.no longer are places like this welcome in jeffco
